The Village of Newberry is announcing a curbside, bulk item pick up on Monday, October 23rd starting at 6 a.m.
The guidelines to participate in this event are as follows:
- There is a limit of 3 bulk items per address
- All bulk items must be placed to the curb by 6 a.m. on October 23rd.
- This bulk item pick up is for GFL VILLAGE customers only
- Examples of bulk items are furniture, mattresses, toilets, tubs, sinks, stoves, water heaters, washers, dryers, and refrigerators with a certificate that Freon has been removed
- GFL Environmental USA Inc. will not take tires, yard waste, batteries, or hazardous waste products
- No household trash will be allowed
- Anything left on the curb in excess of the three bulk items or unaccepted materials must be cleared away within a 24 hour period.
