On March 6, 2024, at around 4 PM an unknown male entered the Shoppers Drugmart. While being observed by store security the male suspect took several items valued at $100.00 concealing them in his coat. This suspect was confronted outside the store by security at which point the suspect fled with the stolen items.

What a bunch of hooey. The laws need to change as to what can be done about these deadbeat losers that are allowed to walk way with baskets full of merchandise daily, driving the prices up for everyone else.
Kleptos like this need to be locked between a set of doors on the way out, and if they get past these should be tasered or peppered with non lethal rounds until they submit.
And ultimately, jail NOT bail.
