On July 14, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 41-year-old Ryan Frolich with assault with a weapon.
Around 12:00 p.m. on July 13, police received a report of an assault in the 0-100 block of McNabb Street. It was reported that a conflict had occurred between two drivers and, when they both stopped, the accused had exited their vehicle and threatened the victim with a level while walking toward them. Witnesses provided police with information about the vehicle driven by the accused.
On July 14, 2023, officers located the accused, and they were arrested.
The accused is charged with:
- Assault with a Weapon
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on September 18, 2023.
