BOND, Sharon Elizabeth – It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Elizabeth Bond, 65 years old, who passed away peacefully in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, at Sault Area Hospital on Friday, December 22, 2023, at 9:40 a.m. Sharon was born February 26, 1958 in Jamestown (Wawa) Ontario.
Sharon is survived by her brothers, Lorne Bond (Wanda Mania-Bond), Larry Bond (Paulette Bond), Frederick Bond (Joanne M. Bond), Rick Bond (Joanne E. Bond), Joey Bond and her sister, Cathy Bond and Jennifer (aka Penny) (Brian Speers). Sharon is predeceased by her brother, Donny William Bond, who died in infancy, and her sister, Bernice Carol Bye (Bob Bye), who passed away November 20, 2023, in Sudbury, Ontario, and her sister-in-law, Linda Lee Bond, who passed away on March 16, 2016, in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Sharon is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Misty, Cindll, Michael, Kevin, Christopher, Laura, Cory, Jason, Heather, Robin, Cassandra and Tasha.
Sharon spent her life as a caregiver. She loved to make crafts and enjoyed making blankets by Tunisian crochet. She loved animals. She will be dearly missed by all.
It would have been Sharon’s wishes that any donations be made payable by cheque or online to the Canadian Cancer Society.
