On January 27, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 44-year-old Allen Waboose with break and enter and possession of a controlled substance.
Around 7:00 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of break and enter at a multi-unit residential building in the 600 block of Bay Street. Officers were dispatched to the area and located the accused inside the building. They were arrested. A subsequent search found the accused to be in possession of approximately one gram of suspected fentanyl.
The accused is charged with:
- Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence
- Possession of Schedule I Substance
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on March 25, 2024.
