On January 19, 2024, 911 Communicators received a report of serious threats being made to a third party by the accused about someone known to them. Officers obtained a warrant for their arrest.
The accused was located on January 26, 2024 at their residence and arrested. The accused is charged with:
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Uttering Threats to Damage Property
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on March 6, 2024.
