On Friday, November 24th, 2023, Sault Ste. Marie Fire Service crews responded to a call of a fire in a residential dwelling in the north-end of the city.
Shortly before 6:00 p.m, crews responded to a fire in the 0-100 block of Crimson Ridge Drive. Upon arrival, crews were directed to the attached garage area of the dwelling where flames and smoke were visible. Crews were able to contain and extinguish the fire.
PUC Services and Enbridge Gas were called to the scene.
The fire remains under investigation.
There is significant damage to the dwelling. There were no injuries to report.
