On July 23, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 28-year-old Morgan Robinson with theft under $5,000.
Around 10:30 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of someone shoplifting in the 0-100 block of Great Northern Road. Upon arrival, officers located the accused and observed an item in their waistline. When confronted by police, the accused handed over the item and consented to further search. Officers located several more items in their possession which had not been paid for. The accused was arrested.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on September 18, 2023.
