One Charged with Uttering Threats

Firearm Charges Laid

On July 26, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 32-year-old Courtney Vallee with uttering threats.

Around 3:00 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of someone uttering threats to an employee at a business in the 200 block of Northern Avenue East. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect, who identified themselves as the accused.

Investigation revealed the accused had verbally threatened the life of an employee when they were asked to leave the business. The accused was arrested.

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on September 25, 2023.

  1. The court system is far from doing it’s job and needs a serious overhaul. There is no justice for the victims, the only ones benefiting from this ‘slap on the wrist’ system are the criminals, who are released and back on the street within hours after being picked up.
