One Charged with Fraud Over $5,000

On February 24, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 40-year-old Ryan Souliere with fraud over $5,000.

On February 12, 2024, 911 Communicators received a report of fraudulent purchases at a business in the 500 block of Second Line East. The investigation determined the accused purchased $6,743.21 of products on their employer’s account over the course of three days in January.

Officers located the accused on February 24, 2024, and they were arrested.

The accused is charged with:

  • Fraud Over $5,000
  • Failure to Comply with Appearance Notice
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order – Other Than to Attend Court x2

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

  1. No brain, no pain. Why would anyone do something like this for the very short term gain when you have to know that you will soon have a criminal record for these actions and ruin your life and any reputation that you may have had.
    To all the young prospective thieves out there, DON’T DO IT, IT’S NOT WORTH IT.
