On December 2, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 26-year-old Aaron Kerr with possession of stolen credit cards.
Around 3:15 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of stolen credit cards being used at a business in the 1200 block of Wellington Street East. Officers were dispatched to the business and located a suspect matching the description of the person using the credit cards nearby.
A search found the accused to be in possession of two credit cards, a debit card, and a birth certificate which did not belong to them. The accused was arrested. All items were returned to their rightful owners.
The accused is charged with:
- Possession of Credit Card x2
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5,000
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on January 22, 2024.
