Members of Traffic Services continue to investigate the fatal collision that took place on September 6, 2023, around 11:20 a.m.
The collision involved three vehicles: two pickup trucks and a delivery van. One of the pickup truck drivers was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The deceased has been identified as 26-year-old Mikayla Ouellett.
Anyone who may have dashcam, doorbell camera or surveillance video of the collision or the moments leading up to the collision is urged to call Traffic Services at 705-949-6300 ext. 382.
