This year’s Bell Celebrity Skate will take place on Tuesday, November 7th from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at the GFL Memorial Gardens. If you know a child with big dreams of hat tricks and face-offs, you don’t want to miss it. Kids can skate the same ice as the Soo Greyhounds, shake paws with Dash, and collect autographs from the whole team. Admission is a minimum of $40 in pledges towards Rotary Youth Projects, but participants who fundraise above and beyond can take home top prizes, including a Nintendo Switch!

On a team? Fundraise with us! Local teams and youth groups can collect 50% of the funds raised by collecting pledges. Top teams will win fundraising prizes, which include a pool party and bowling parties. All team members also qualify for individual prizes and incentives.

“The greatest part of the event is that kids have the opportunity to skate with the Greyhounds, get their photo taken,” shared Mark Lepore, Co-Chair of the event. “The fact that they can fundraise for their own hockey or other sports team at the same time is a bonus. It’s a win-win for everybody.”

All participants receive a program for collecting signatures from the Soo Greyhounds and have the chance to have their picture taken with the players. Have an unforgettable time, win top prizes and support Rotary Youth Projects by joining the Bell Celebrity Skate.
