On May 11, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 41-year-old Donald Larente with assault and uttering threats.
Around 11:30 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of an unwanted person at a multi-unit residence building in the 400 block of Pim Street. Although the accused had left the property prior to officers’ arrival, an investigation revealed the accused had physically assaulted and verbally threatened a victim when they were asked to leave. No physical injuries were reported. A warrant was obtained for the accused’s arrest.
Around 7:00 a.m. the following morning, 911 Communicators received another report of an unwanted person in the 300 block of McNabb Street. Officers were dispatched to the scene where they located and arrested the accused on the strength of the warrant.
The accused is charged with:
- Assault
- Uttering Threats
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order x2
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
