Arrest Made in Borron Ave Break and Enter

Break and enter

On August 19, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 30-year-old Randy Ingram with break and enter, along with several other offences.

Around 11:00 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of a break and enter in progress at a residence in the 0-100 block of Borron Avenue. The report stated someone had entered their porch and stolen a wallet before fleeing on a bicycle.

Officers were dispatched to the area and located someone matching the description of the suspect in the 400 block of Bruce Street. Officers identified the suspect as the accused, and they were placed under investigative detention. A search found the accused to be in possession of the victim’s driver’s licence. The accused was arrested.

The accused is charged with:

  • Break and Enter – Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • Breach of Probation x8

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on October 30, 2023.
