TeamRecruiter is hiring full-time, contract, Customer Care Specialists in Sault Ste. Marie for a government client selected for Forbes’ list of Canada’s Best Employers 2022. The length of the contract is 6-12 months, with the possibility of an extension.

The position offers $23/hour and is hybrid – a blend of in-office and remote work-from-home. Candidates must have a suitable (private) work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection and the ability to occasionally work in-office.
Ideal candidates must have previous customer service experience, strong computer and typing skills, and the ability to work shiftwork, including weekends and public holidays, in a 24/7 environment. Previous contact centre experience is an asset but not required.
