On October 18, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 24-year-old John Tremblay with break and enter and mischief.
Around 12:30 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of an active break and enter at a residence in the 400 block of Sherbourne Street. The caller reported that someone unknown to them had broken into their home and was laying in their bed, refusing to leave. Officers were dispatched to the residence.
Upon arrival, officers located the suspect in the victim’s bed and identified them as the accused. They were arrested.
The accused is charged with:
- Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on December 18, 2023.
