In the 1970’s Friday night meant cruising Queen street with your friends, hanging out at the “gardens” checking stock and doing it all over again. It was the place to be – it was social without the media part.
Those memories likely came to mind for the thousands of people in the downtown area Friday night to kick off the 6th annual Queen Street Cruise , a fundraiser for the Sault Area Hospital. The two day event continues Today at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion . Local entertainment by the band Boneyard and also the draw for the SAH five Car Draw takes place!
