Poilievre Back in the Sault to Kick-off Billboard Campaign

Conservative leader, Pierre Poilievre is making another stop in Sault Ste. Marie to kick off a Northern Ontario bilboard campaign and the “Axe the Tax” platform.

Polievre will make a quick visit Sunday morning for a media event and then a party-faithful brunch at the Water Tower Inn.

“We’re kicking off the year with a three day Axe the Tax tour across Northern Ontario. That’s because this winter, Canadians are once again making the tough choice between eating and heating as Justin Trudeau’s carbon tax hits their wallets. Common sense Conservatives continue to put pressure on the Liberal government to take the tax off so Canadians can keep the heat on.” Said Sebastian Skamski, Director of Media Relations for the Opposition Leader .

“In further effort to have Justin Trudeau’s Northern Ontario Liberal and NDP MPs support our calls to axe the tax on home heating, we are launching billboards across the region, including in Sault Ste. Marie.”
