On June 15, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 35-year-old Patricia Swanson with public mischief.
Between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., 911 Communicators received 11 phone calls on the emergency line and 5 phone calls on the non-emergency line from the accused. The accused was not calling regarding any emergencies. They were told by a Staff Sergeant to stop but continued to call.
Officers were dispatched to the location of the calls, identified the accused as the caller, and they were arrested.
The accused is charged with:
- Public Mischief
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on August 14, 2023.
