In yet another celebration of the raw talent that is to be found in our community, local artists Ron Marks and Geri Proulx are getting ready to show their skills in the opening reception of their exhibition Paint, Paper, Scissors.
Ron Marks, billed as an acrylic folk artist, and Geri Proulx, a collage mixed media artist, will be hosting an eclectic demonstration of their diverse artworks at the Art Hub at Spring and it will kick off on Thursday, January 25th. There will be food, drinks, conversation and entertainment provided by Christina Coutu and it is sure to be an event not to be missed.
Ron and Geri stopped by the First Local News studio to provide a teaser of some of their work and also to discuss their inspirations as well provide some insight into their artistic process.
Be sure to attend this Thursday, January 25th at the Art Hub at Spring from 6 until 9 p.m. The Art Hub at Spring is open on Thursday and also by appointment.
