On July 26, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 38-year-old Steven Turco with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Around 10:00 p.m., officers conducted a routine traffic stop on Korah Road. The operator of the e-bike, identified as the accused, was found to be breaching the conditions of their undertaking. The accused was arrested.
A subsequent search was conducted, and the accused was found to be in possession of approximately 24 grams of what is believed to be crystal methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of $2,400.
The accused is charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking x2
The accused is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
