Morning Express – Friday, November 16

Cool and windy today with temperatures falling to a high of only plus 4. A weak front could produce some rain / flurries for late tonight and into Saturday. No accumulation expected. For Saturday, a mix of sun and cloud – again just a chance of some flurries early. Should remain dry but breezy for the Santa Parade. We start to see some ugly weather develop Sunday. Rain / Snow with no accumulation . Next week, we get a blast of arctic air!
