On May 20, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 57-year-old Mark Constable with mischief.
Around 3:30 p.m. on April 9, 2024, 911 Communicators received a report of mischief in the 500 block of Albert Street East. An investigation revealed the accused had smeared feces on a door handle and left the area. A warrant was obtained for their arrest.
On May 20, the accused was located in the area of John Street and St. Andrews Terrace. They were arrested on the strength of the warrant.

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 22, 2024.
