three employers. Multiple career opportunities.

LANSING, Mich. – If you or someone you know is seeking employment, new opportunities are available with the State. The State of Michigan’s Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) currently is calling for applications from individuals seeking full-time and summer internship opportunities.

EGLE boasts more than 16 offices and divisions and in this moment has openings for a variety of professionals such as biologists, geologists and engineers. Further, the openings range across multiple stages of your career, from entry-level positions to management.

EGLE says the jobs are rewarding.

“Everyone that works at EGLE believes in protecting Michigan’s natural resources and protecting the environment,” Cindy Whittum, EGLE recruitment and intern specialist said. “We’re all on the same mission to do that and to focus on that. To work with the people that I get to work with – I’m inspired every day by what they do.”
