On September 20, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 38-year-old Eric Mearow with mischief over $5,000.
Around 8:00 a.m., the accused, who is in custody at Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre (ATRC), had a confrontation with a staff member and proceeded to damage property at the ATRC. Officers attended ATRC and the accused was arrested.
The accused is charged with:
- Mischief – Over $5,000
The accused continues to be held in custody at ATRC.
