On July 4, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 25-year-old Lucas Noonan with operation while impaired, among other charges.
Around 4:00 a.m., patrol officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle roll through a stop sign on Henrietta Avenue. Upon speaking with the driver, later identified as the accused, officers developed grounds to believe their ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
The accused was arrested and later provided two samples into an approved screening device. Both samples were above the legal limit. Further investigation of the vehicle found the accused to be in possession of approximately 235 grams of cannabis.
The accused is charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and/or Drug
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80+)
- Possess Cannabis to Distribute
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on August 28, 2023.
