On August 10, 2023, shortly before 9:00 p.m., members from the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to neighbour dispute on Plummer Road in Plummer Additional Township.
Investigation determined a neighbour trespassed on the complainant’s property, cut an apple tree and was on conditions not to be on the property.
As a result, Vladimir WYNNCHUK, 49 years-of-age from Plummer Additional Township was charged with:
- Mischief-Destroys or Damages Property
- Failure to Comply with Undertaking
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on
