(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person after another residential break and enter. This time at a house on Lakeview Road in Elliot Lake.
On January 2, 2024, at approximately 10:45 a.m. police were called to a residential break, enter and theft on Lakeview Road. The male had fled on foot and a description was provided to police. A short time later the male was located on Valley Crescent and subsequently arrested.
Dale BOYER, 49-years-old of Elliot Lake was charged with:
- Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence
- Possession property obtained by crime under $5000 (two counts)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on January
