Could The Station Mall Be Home To New Condo Towers?

The Station Mall could soon be home to 12 new condominium towers according to preliminary plans revealed by StratonHunter Group, the hospitality advisory group helping to transform the Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront Mall.

The mall is currently undergoing a $60 million refit of the former Sears store. But now, a residential component has been added. On their website, a graphic shows “future condo development”

StratonHunter has not provided details on the proposed development as far as costs, timelines or heights of the condo towers. According to plans, the condo development would sit on the eastern and western edge of the property.

  1. Quite torn on this idea. They did attempt to make both hspitals, condo units, and failed. The downtown needs Gentrification for sure.
