Connecting You with Your Future Workforce

As local employers prepare for seasonal or project-based hiring, Sault College Employment Services is ready to help connect them with their future workforce. With knowledgeable and skilled teams and a comprehensive pipeline to local talent, Employment Services – including both the Student Job Centre and Employment Solutions – are equipped to support employers with a wide range of hiring needs.

By collaborating with Employment Services offices, area employers will have access to a unique network of students, recent graduates, and community job seekers who have a variety of relevant skills and experience, including hospitality, tourism, accommodation and food services, construction, skilled trades, and natural environment.

Employers are also provided tailored, one-on-one support to assist them in getting the talent they need to successfully meet their hiring goals. Some of these services include helping with individual job fair requests, facilitating direct connections with potential hires, and participating in larger scale job fair events, such as our Summer Job Fest event taking place May 8.

“Partnering with Sault College Employment Services gives local employers access to a network of eager and skilled candidates that includes students, graduates, and community job seekers. Our teams have established strong partnerships with both employers and job seekers and can be a driving force behind workforce development and helping to make the hiring process more straightforward and effective,” said Erin Ingram, Manager, Employment Services.  “We encourage area employers to reach out to our team today to learn more about how we can support their employment needs and connect them with available talent.”
