Sault Ste. Marie fire services, Sault Police and EMS responded to a two vehicle collision Saturday afternoon at the Northern Avenue and Great Northern Road intersection.
At least one person had to be removed from their vehicle with help of Firefighters. No word on the extent of injuries.
The collision occurred at around 3:30pm resulting in major damage to both vehicles.
Both streets were reduced in lanes while the collision was being investigated.
