The Lions Club of SSM 50/50 draw, license #M834633, was held on November 22nd at 8:00 pm at Lions Place on Bay Street. Lion Debbie Kidd sold the winning ticket #602 to Brian Kozack of Sault Ste. Marie. He received a cash prize of over $6,172.
Brian said “I first became connected with the Lions Club as a youth when the organization helped to sponsor our sport’s team. I have always been a supporter of the Lions Club ever since.”
The net proceeds from this draw will support local charities such as the Salvation Army, St. Vincent Place, Christmas Cheer and the Soup Kitchen Community Center. The Lions Club appreciates the community for its continued support.
The Lions Club volunteered 776 service hours within our city through this draw. A huge thank you goes to Pino’s Get Fresh, Rome’s, Metro Market Mall, Metro Churchill Plaza and Metro Northern Avenue for allowing tickets to be sold in these locations.
