On June 13, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 51-year-old Jason Boyer with possession of property obtained by crime.
Around 8:00 p.m., 911 Communicators received a complaint about a disturbance in the 100 block of Albert Street East. Officers were dispatched to the location. Upon arrival, officers identified the accused and found there was a warrant for their arrest.
On April 20, 2023, the accused had reportedly attempted to pawn a bicycle that had been reported stolen five days earlier.
The accused was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on August 14, 2023.
