On November 4, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 37-year-old Lacey McLean with assault.
Around 1:00 p.m. the accused attended a business in the 700 block of Pine Street. The accused was escorted from the business and struck a staff member, then fled the area.
A warrant was requested and issued for the accused’s arrest. Officers located the accused around 9:30 p.m. at a business in the 0-100 block of Great Northern Road. Upon officer arrival the accused was arrested.
The accused is charged with assault. The accused was held in custody pending an appearance in Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) court.
