Suddenly and unexpectedly at her home on December 17th, 2023, at the age of 80, Jesus called our momma home.
Reunited with her loving husband, Gaston. Beloved mother of Rob (Ila), Joey, John (Laura), Barbie, and Josh (Amanda). Barbara was the Queen of her children’s hearts. Grandmother of Jeannie, Robbie (Deia), Darren (Alayna), Daniel (Kiana), Carly, Vanessa (James), Ayla (Dustin), Karlee, and Chloë. Great grandmother of Alex, Raya, Ellie, Jack, Ethan, Ryan, and Lucas.
Barbara is predeceased by her parents, Margrette and Henry Woods. She is also predeceased by her sisters Catherine (Bill), Patricia (late Bill), Theresa (Frank), and Mary (late Bob). She is survived by her dear sisters Colleen (late Jack), and Sharon (late Bob). Barbara was sister-in- law to many predeceased and surviving Arsenault, and an Auntto many, many nieces and nephews.
Barbara was a gentle soul, and a kind friend to all.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 28th at 1pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 114 MacDonald Ave. Immediate interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery with a reception afterwards at O’Sullivan Funeral Home.
