Amazon returns now accepted at Staples stores

Customers in Canada can now send back their Amazon purchases at Staples.

The online retail giant has confirmed that Staples’ 298 outlets are now ready to process returns from Amazon.

Both companies have stated that individuals utilizing this service must initially arrange the return process through their Amazon account. Following this, shoppers can drop off items that are eligible for return at a Staples store, where they will be packed and sent back to the original seller.
Amazon has indicated that it has over 4,000 drop-off spots across Canada, including several locations operated by Purolator, Couche-Tard, and Canada Post.

This new collaboration was announced several months after the Ontario government had plans to establish some Service Ontario centers within Staples stores.
