On December 10, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 37-year-old Jeramie Trumble with fraud.
On December 7, 911 Communicators received a report the accused had cashed an altered cheque on August 9, 2023. Investigation revealed the accused had altered the original amount and name on the cheque before cashing it at a business in the 0-100 block of Great Northern Road and being paid out $3,796.41 in cash.
On December 10, officers located and arrested the accused.
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on January 29, 2024.
