Between May 26, 2023, and August 25, 2023, the accused was identified as a suspect in eight separate incidents of theft from a business in the 200 block of Second Line West. The total value of items reported stolen is $2,201.80.
The accused was arrested and is charged with:

- Failure to Comply with Release Order x9
- Failure to Comply with Undertaking x8
- Failure to Comply with Appearance Notice
- Failure to Attend Court
The accused is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
