On July 10, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 35-year-old Xavier Stoneypoint with uttering threats and mischief.
Around 6:30 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of threats being uttered in a parking lot in the 400 block of Great Northern Road. Officers were dispatched to the location. Upon arrival, officers located a person, later identified as the accused, matching the description provided by the victim. The accused was placed under investigative detention.
Further investigation revealed that the accused had been trying to enter vehicles in the parking lot when confronted by the victim. The accused proceeded to hit the victim’s vehicle with a piece of metal and threaten their life. The accused was arrested.

- Mischief Under $5,000
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on September 11, 2023.
