Paula Abdul, the Grammy Award-winning artist and performer, has revealed her plans to embark on a tour across Canada this autumn. The tour, aptly named “Straight Up! To Canada Tour,” will begin in Victoria on September 25. Abdul is set to play more than a dozen shows across the country before making her way to the East Coast.
The highlight of the tour will be a performance at the GFL Memorial Gardens on October 16th. Abdul will be accompanied by two other musical icons from the 1980s, Taylor Dayne and Tiffany. Tickets will be available for purchase on Friday at 10 a.m. on paulaabdul.com and VIP packages are also on sale. In addition to her music career, Abdul is known for her work as a choreographer and as a judge on “American Idol” for eight seasons.
