What’s New, What’s Back at Rotaryfest

The annual ROTARYFEST celebration in Sault Ste. Marie is back and bigger than ever, promising three jam-packed days of music, food, and family-friendly fun at the beautiful Clergue Park.

From July 18th to 20th, this beloved summer festival will once again transform the waterfront into a vibrant hub of activity, with an exciting lineup of events and attractions to delight visitors of all ages. At the heart of the festivities will be the Rotary Community Day Parade, a beloved tradition that will wind its way down Bay Street, safely avoiding the ongoing construction on Queen Street. Leading the parade will be the Miracle Mile Colour Blast, a spirited run in support of Rotary youth projects. But the musical entertainment is truly the star of the show, with not one, not two, but three free music stages offering an eclectic mix of local and regional talent.

music, entertainment

The new “Stage 3: Wild Beats” stage will bring an electrifying dose of EDM to the Downtown Plaza on Friday night, with seasoned DJ Bobby Lawn and up-and-coming artists like Hippie Business and Flummoxx set to get the crowd moving and grooving. Stage Two, located beside the Art Gallery of Algoma, will showcase a diverse array of singer-songwriters, blues acts, and other musical gems from the greater Great Lakes region, including the highly anticipated Seth Brown Duo from Iron Mountain, Michigan. And of course, no ROTARYFEST would be complete without the mouthwatering Ribfest, where visitors can indulge in the sizzling, finger-licking barbecue delights that have become a beloved tradition.

With children’s crafts and activities, the Algoma Makers Market, the Wheels on the Water Car Show, and so much more, this year’s ROTARYFEST promises to be a truly unforgettable celebration of community, culture, and summertime joy.
