Sault Ste. Marie, MI – July 8, 2024 – Chippewa Luce Mackinac Community Action Agency
(CLMCAA) is excited to announce their upcoming Brat Fundraiser, aimed at supporting the
homeless population across the tri-county area. The event will take place on July 16, 2024, from
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Soo Brewing Company in Sault Ste. Marie, MI.
The Brat Fundraiser promises an evening of delicious food and community camaraderie, all for a
worthy cause. Proceeds from the event will directly benefit CLMCAA’s efforts to provide
essential services and support to homeless individuals and families in our community.
“We are excited to invite the community to join us for an evening of good food and goodwill,”
said Joe Nolan, Executive Director of CLMCAA. “Your support at this event will help us make a
meaningful difference in the lives of those facing and experiencing homelessness in our region.
Our goal is to raise $2550 which will provide 30 nights in a shelter for households in need.”
“We are proud to partner with CLMCAA for this important event,” said Ray Bauer, owner of
Soo Brewing Company. “We believe that coming together over food and drink can truly make a
positive impact while supporting our community and addressing homelessness.”
The event will feature a variety of brats, sides, and beverages, generously provided by Soo
